After 20 years of working in a variety of industries...hospitality, fashion, corporate admin....I decided to retrain in something that I am truly passionate about, holistic massage and wellness. I'd been a corporate PA for nearly 10 years, wellness and holistic therapies were starting to play a large part in my own day to day life. When I was offered redundancy it was the perfect opportunity to be brave and follow my dream. It is the best decision I have ever made.
As a massage therapist I am dedicated to all aspects of health and well-being for the body, mind and spirit. I pride myself on being a warm and considerate therapist who listens to my client’s needs. I have a realistic and considered approach to achieving my clients goals. I endeavour to create a relaxing and restorative environment to escape the stresses of everyday life. My client relationships are built on trust, professionalism and mutual respect.

I am dedicated to constantly improving my skills and knowledge in holistic therapies, health and wellness. I plan to start studying Aromatherapy later this year.

Natalie Bird Therapies provides a therapeutic and nurturing experience through holistic therapies. I create a safe and professional environment for women. Each treatment is tailor made for the individual client so they can benefit both physically and psychologically. My ultimate goal is to promote the importance of relaxation and self-care.
